觀光及餐飲管理英文 認證課程
讓對觀光及餐飲管理有興趣的學生,能以英文清鬆應對客人。
上課重點:
- Study the language and behavior related
to customer service
- Increase awareness of different expectations
about customer service
- Improve spoken communication skills
- Increase the ability to interact with
clients in writing
- Build vocabulary related to tourism
and hospitality
- Learn about key concepts, trends, and
issues in tourism

and the international workforce
- Event management
特色:
- 以TOEIC在650以上, 可以一起報實習課程, 就是在10週上完後, 再作企業實習
- 會有各式戶外教學課程,包含三天拉斯維加斯旅行
- 含一次TOEIC正式考
選課條件:
- 須年滿21歲
- 470 分的 托福成績(150分電腦測驗成綪)以上 或
- 550 分的 TOEIC 成績 或
- UW ELP (華盛頓大學英語自我分班測驗 4 級以上)
- US$300申請費訂金
